Susan is the principal and founder of Spero & Company
Consultants. She has more than 30 years experience as an organization
consultant, seminar presenter, keynote speaker, classroom teacher, executive
coach and manager in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe. She has worked
with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations that range
in size from 5 to 50,000 employees. She has also provided planning and
coaching for several Boards of Directors.
